Platja d'Aro is the ideal base for a varied cycling week on the Costa Brava. From this lively beach resort, you'll discover a unique combination of stunning coastal roads, quiet inland routes and challenging climbs. The area offers something for every racing cyclist: from rolling rides along the Mediterranean Sea to demanding climbs in the Catalan hinterland.

During this cycling trip, we ride daily stages of approximately 80 to 140 kilometres over carefully selected routes. We combine the most beautiful roads along the Costa Brava with the green hills of Les Gavarres and the famous climbs around Girona.

All rides are tailored to the level and composition of the group, so every participant can make the most of both the sporting challenge and the beautiful surroundings. A cycling trip with Flamme Rouge stands for cycling, discovering, experiencing and enjoying.

• After your registration you will receive a booking confirmation and your personal login details. Here you will find all practical information about the trip.

Every evening we hold a joint briefing where we go over the next day's ride. We discuss, among other things:

• The distance and number of climbing metres
• The difficulty level
• Weather forecasts
